Can assume the "old" RU4 was removed and a "new" RU4 was added.
Today I see (in the new Portal) a download for RU4 dated yesterday, 2/7/22, time just after 11AM (don't know if that's GMT or local to me). Strategic Support Engineer | Symantec Endpoint Security Division (SES) There has been no change to the 14.3 RU4 release. It needed to be re-uploaded yesterday and the language versions should be re-uploaded today. 14.3 RU4 was removed due to the Project Galaxy update to the Support Portal over the weekend.
